Guest Services Coordinator (part-time)

Description: The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for every person who enters Orchard Church by leading the Guest Services ministry. This includes recruiting, equipping, scheduling, and caring for Guest Services volunteers while ensuring every weekend environment reflects Orchard's mission of People Helping People Find and Follow Jesus. The Guest Services Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operation of Guest Services teams, develops leaders, and creates systems that help guests feel welcomed, valued, and connected. Weekend Experience Producer (part-time)

Description: The Weekend Experience Producer is responsible for overseeing the live execution of weekend services and ensuring every service element runs smoothly and on time. This role focuses primarily on service production, communication, and execution during rehearsals and live services. The Weekend Experience Producer helps create a distraction-free worship experience by managing service flow, cueing teams, and ensuring all visual and technical elements are delivered accurately and effectively. Music Director (part-time)

Description: The Music Director is responsible for overseeing and developing all aspects of the musical direction of the church. This role provides leadership in creating dynamic and engaging worship experiences through original arrangements, sound development, songwriting, programming, and team leadership. The Music Director will cultivate excellence within the music department while supporting the overall worship vision of the church across weekend services, major events, conferences, and future locations.
